Coach Drew Kallio
 Educated and Certified in run biomechanics, cycling biomechanics.  As a 
 
former scholarship track/cross country athlete, well versed in the challenges
of training 
effectively while minimizing the vicious injury cycle. 
Drew utilizes a unique approach of assessing the core foundation of how the
athlete moves with their mobility, strength available
. The challenge is to build
the athlete to become more efficient in movement and in foundational training.
It's a custom formulated process to rebuild into a more successful athlete.

About Gravity Running

Most adult runners work very hard to overcome gravity, instead of using gravity.  The result is wasted energy, poor physics, harder on the body, more prone to injury.  The key is to analyze the runners current movement through video analysis and live sessions, then implement targeted drill work to reinforce better movement patterns.  This methodology is heavy on athlete assessment and crafting a custom approach to helping that athlete improve within typically ten sessions.
